Mudita Sports Camps – Booking Conditions

Application and Payment for the camps is regarded by us as the customer’s acceptance of the booking Terms and Conditions.

In completing this booking form, you are agreeing that all data provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. If the booking cannot be accepted, we shall endeavour to offer you an alternative football camp but accept that if this is not suitable we will refund your payment.

If you have to cancel your booking you must inform us in writing, immediately. Unless written notification of cancellation is received, a booking will stand. All cancellations will be acknowledged by us and are subject to the following charges:
 

• 21 days before camp date 0% charge

• 20 – 8 days before camp date 20% charge

• 7-2 days before camp date 30% charge

• A day before camp date 40% charge

• On, or after commencement 100% charge

In certain instances it may be necessary to cancel the camp arrangements. You will then be given an option of transferring to another camp, or receive a full refund. We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person, at any time prior to, or during the camp, if, in our opinion, that person is not compatible with the general enjoyment and objective of the camp. Any costs involved will be at the parent’s expense and their responsibility.

We do not accept liability for the personal injury, or death of any participant howsoever caused. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to any property belonging, or travelling with a participant. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expense due to sickness, weather, strikes, riots, war, terrorism, quarantine or any other cause.

All details announced are published in good faith. All published itineraries are merely samples and are therefore subject to alteration, according to weather, programme change requirements or other consideration.
